Designed generously to slip right over most highchairs and shopping carts, even large warehouse carts.  Added cushion allows for a soft smooth ride for your precious tot!  The cover comes with its own safety strap and buckle.
 
To use, place in shopping cart with the decorative side up and align the leg holes.  Fold all sides over the cart. Secure safety straps to shopping cart by placing them through the back grid of cart seat and through the openings at the back of the cover.  Buckle the safety straps around the child and mommy and baby are ready to go!
