FAQ's


How soon will I get my order? TOP

Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days (out of stock and/or back-ordered items are noted and updated as frequently as possible). We understand the importance of customer service and want to make sure that you receive your order in a timely manner.  Whether you are purchasing an item for a friend or for yourself, we want you to feel confident that your product will arrive within 5-10 business days from the date you placed your order.  We will do our best to fulfill any special requests but ask that you please contact us and let us know about that special date so that we can make sure you have your order in time!

What are my shipping options? TOP
In some instances we will ship via UPS, however, A Sweet Pea customarily uses USPS (2-3 day delivery).  For an additional charge, express shipping is also available.    

How will I know when my order has shipped? TOP

Upon shipment of your order, you will be provided, via e-mail, with your sales receipt and shipment tracking number.  You can also check the staus of your orderby clicking on "order tracking" link to the left.

IF YOU RECEIVED NOTICE FROM US THAT YOUR ORDER SHIPPED AND YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER WITHIN 5 DAYS, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.

Do you charges sales tax? TOP
Orders shipped to a California address are subject to CA sales tax - 7.75%.

What is your return policy? TOP

RETURNS  Although we are confident that you be thrilled with your purchase, A Sweet Pea gladly accepts exchanges or returns on  unused and unwashed merchandise within 14 days of receipt, less shipping costs.  
 
The product must be in original condition with all packaging and original tags in place in order to ensure that you receive credit, less shipping charges.  A Sweet Pea does not accept exchanges or returns on sale, specially priced merchandise and custom orders (including wooden framed letters); these sales are final.   All exchanges or returns must be pre-approved by A Sweet Pea.  Please contact customer service for a return authorization code.    Any item(s) sent to A Sweet Pea for return or exchange without prior approval from A Sweet Pea will not be accepted.   Any merchandise that is not in original condition will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
 
Exchanges must be made for a new item of equal or greater value than the original purchase or the original purchase is considered to be a return and will be subject to the restocking fee, if applicable.

We stand by the quality of all our products.    If there is a material defect with any of our products, we will be more than happy to correct or replace your item.  Please contact us
immediately.  The item must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition and returned within 14 days of receipt.  Thank you!
